The ZG200 B2SP feed unit is designed to draw cables and stranded wires from reels or drums. It accommodates material diameters of up to twelve millimeters; larger diameters are available upon request. The drive speed is continuously adjustable via two potentiometers. The integrated material buffer reduces the mechanical stress exerted on the material by the control arm and compensates for speed fluctuations relative to the processing machines. The weight of the control arm can be manually adjusted pneumatically—using a separate pressure regulator—to suit different material cross-sections.
