Storage system AL 1500 – 15000
The AL 1500–15000 discharge unit operates as an electro-pneumatic stacking system, working in-line with equipment such as SM 15 series cutting machines or wire stripping machinery. A conveyor belt draws the processed material into the stacking tunnel; the belt stops once the end of the material is reached. Movement of the stacking tunnel ensures the material is deposited straight and neatly into the collection tray. This process ensures the cables are ready for subsequent processing steps in a manner that optimizes quality.
Extra-long pieces of material can also be deposited.
The unit can optionally be equipped with an intermediate stacking tray. This additional tray enables the material to be deposited in bundles.
