The material is transported to the cutting system between two drive belts on the AutoCut cutting machine at an adjustable speed of up to 60 m/min. The cutting length is measured electronically. The contact pressure of the transport belts is regulated by a pneumatic cylinder, automatically compensating for manufacturing tolerances in the material being cut. The material is easily loaded thanks to the pneumatic opening of the drive belts. The machine features a compact, portable design for flexible use at various locations. Length and quantity are set via decade switches. The machine stops automatically when the target quantity is reached or the material runs out.
