The new generation of KTK MINITOOLs enables fast, precise adjustments without the need for time-consuming removal of the tool from the machine. Fine-adjustment screws make it easy to set the feed stroke for contact transport.

The entry bellmouth is easily adjusted at the front of the tool base. Thanks to the innovative design, there is no need to readjust the feed finger. Crimp heights for both the wire and insulation crimps are set precisely at the adjustment head in 0.01 mm increments. High-quality sliding and recirculating ball guides ensure smooth operation of the tool ram. These features create optimal production conditions for accurately determining headroom and monitoring crimp force.
