The new KTK MINITOOL generation enables fast, precise adjustments without the need to laboriously remove the tool from the machine. Fine-adjustment screws allow for easy adjustment of the feed stroke used to advance the contact.

The entry bellmouth can be easily adjusted at the front of the tool table. Thanks to the innovative design, there is no need to readjust the feed finger. Crimp heights for both the wire and insulation crimps are set precisely at the adjustment head in 0.01 mm increments. High-quality sliding and recirculating ball guides ensure smooth operation of the tool ram. These features create optimal production conditions for accurately determining headroom and monitoring crimp force.
